HanapKalinga is a technology platform and is not a healthcare provider, nursing agency, recruitment agency, employer, or staffing company unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. User Eligibility

4. User Responsibilities

5. Verification Services

HanapKalinga may review submitted documents for verification purposes.

A verification badge indicates that certain documents were reviewed by HanapKalinga. It does not constitute a guarantee of professional competence, safety, conduct, or suitability for any specific engagement.

6. Prohibited Activities

7. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

12. Medical Emergency Disclaimer

HanapKalinga is not an emergency service. In case of a medical emergency, contact 911 or your applicable local emergency response hotline immediately.

13. Payment Disclaimer

HanapKalinga currently does not process, hold, or mediate payments. Any payment agreement is solely between users, and users are responsible for documenting and honoring those arrangements.

14. Independent Contractor Relationship

Nurses and caregivers using the platform act as independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of HanapKalinga.

15. Dispute Resolution (Mediation / Arbitration)

In the event of a dispute arising from platform use, users agree to attempt good-faith mediation before filing formal legal action. If mediation fails, disputes may be resolved through arbitration or the proper courts, subject to applicable Philippine law and any separate written agreement between parties.

16. Consent to Verification

By submitting credentials or identification documents, users authorize HanapKalinga to verify document authenticity and professional standing with relevant licensing authorities, institutions, and government agencies, where legally permitted.
